The Edwards Aquifer Authority Rules are Final Rules that have been adopted by final order of the Authority's Board of Directors. These rules are effective and enforceable by the Authority. The Authority's rules are available for download from this website. In addition, copies may be requested by contacting the Public Policy Officer at (210) 222-2204 or (800) 292-1047.
From time to time, the Authority may propose to amend its rules. In order to do so, the Authority's Board of Directors must first approve of Proposed Rules for notice and public comment. The public may make written or oral comments on Proposed Rules during a defined public comment period of at least 45 days.
