Range Management Cost Share Program
The Edwards Aquifer Authority is offering landowners financial assistance for range management activities carried out on lands located upon the Edwards Aquifer Recharge Zone. Brush control, including Ashe juniper removal, has been identified as a method to increase recharge and improve pasture productivity. By working cooperatively with the Authority and the US Department of Agriculture - Natural Resource Conservation Service, landowners can maximize the amount of lands they can clear through brush control. The Authority also offers cost reimbursement for follow-up maintenance on lands located upon the recharge zone.
