Minority & Women Business Enterprise Program
Our Minority and Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) Program was established in 2006 to affirm its non-discrimination position in the contracting and procurement of business with vendors. The EAA makes a good faith effort to award contracts to Minority and/or Women-Owned Business Enterprises in the amount of 30% of the total amount (value) of the purchase of goods and services.
Our new inclusion initiative allows the EAA to reach beyond the 30% diversity goal and focus on outreach, partnerships and education to vendors across multiple disciplines.
