2026 Proposed Operating Budget – Public Meeting and Comment Submission

The EAA will hold a public meeting at 11:00a on October 15, 2025 at the EAA headquarters and also virtually via the Zoom platform as detailed below.  The EAA encourages the public’s participation in our budget adoption process and welcomes your comments concerning the proposed budget and associated aquifer management fees. The deadline for written comments is Monday, October 20, 2025, 5:00p. Comments may be emailed to budget@edwardsaquifer.org, mailed to Shelly Hendrix, Controller, EAA, 900 E. Quincy St., San Antonio, Texas 78215 or faxed to Shelly Hendrix, Controller, at (210) 222-9869.  You may also provide public comments before the EAA Finance/Administrative Committee on October 28, 2025 at 10:30a by emailing jesparza@edwardsaquifer.org or by calling (210) 477-5116 by 4:00p, Monday, October 27, 2025.
