2013 Annual Use and Aquifer Management Fee Contract

The EAA allows municipal and industrial permit holders to enter into aquifer management fee contracts to reduce the amount of groundwater authorized each year, thereby minimizing the associated aquifer management fee assessed. For 2013, the board has extended the deadline to receive executed contracts to November 1, 2012. If you would like to discuss entering into an aquifer management fee contract for 2013, or if you have any questions, please contact Ms. Shelly Hendrix, Controller, or Brock Curry, Assistant General Manager at (210) 222-2204 or (800) 292-1047. Executed aquifer management fee contracts may be returned to Ms. Hendrix at shendrix@edwardsaquifer.org or faxed to 210.222.9869 by the November 1, 2012 deadline.
